OUR PROCESS
This is the part where we want to get to know you, your desires and equally would like you to learn a little more about us and how we can work with you to build your dream event.
We will delve deep into your likes and dislikes and talk through those all important elements which are critical to you.
Any ideas, whether visual or verbal we encourage you bring to the table, however please don’t worry if you are starting off blank, it is our job to help inspire you to understand what styles you want, so we can tailor your vision to achieve maximum impact.
During the ‘Concept’ stage Ophelia Blake will develop a ‘creative narrative’, by carefully analysing the information gleaned from the ‘Brief’. We will provide a creative interpretation of your vision by utilising our experience and undertaking focussed research. Importantly, during this stage we will curate concept mood boards, gather sample materials and develop spatial arrangements and layouts for collaborative discussion.
Once you have approved our design style for you, we will develop the detail into a formal visual layout, during this stage, we will firm up product selections, colours and materials and ensure these are shown within our final presentation.
This is where our costs will be finalised for discussion and approval prior to starting the fun part; Design Implementation.
This is where you start to see the design come to life. Ophelia Blake will work to your dates and deadlines to ensure we deliver our tailored design to the utmost quality. Essential to the effective delivery of the ‘Design Implementation’ stage, our approach is focussed on ensuring we have quality craftsmanship and execution at the core. Ophelia Blake has an extensive network of specialist trades and partners to provide an offering which is scalable to meet our client’s requirements whether that be design-only or delivery of the end-to-end vision. Fundamentally, our approach ensures the delivery of our work has an unmatched level of quality and attention to detail.
Ophelia Blake are committed to providing attention to detail and believe that ‘Dressing and Styling’ makes all the difference from ordinary to extraordinary. We will be on hand throughout installation and throughout the day to ensure from start to finish your space is picture perfect.
Once all the hard work is over and you have delivered a truly memorable and special event, we will provide you with a process pack, this will include digital renders of your space along with any specific details discussed. Leaving you a little memory of the journey we took together. We will remove and clear away any unwanted installations.
